* There appear to be 3 easter eggs on the Patlabor DVD. Each appears to be an original Japanese advertisement or trailer for Patlabor. The first easter egg can be accessed by going to the Audio/Subtitles Setup menu, selecting the Japanese Stereo option, and hitting left. It should highlight an area to the left of the menu title.
* The second easter egg can be accessed by going to the Special Features menu, selecting the Manga DVD Catalog option, and hitting left. It should highlight an area in the same spot as the previous easter egg. The third easter egg can only be accessed after the first two are already accessed, otherwise all that will be seen is a screen saying that access is restricted.
* To get the third easter egg, enter the Special Features menu, then enter the Manga DVD Catalog menu, then select the Patlabor 1&2 option, and hit left. Again, it will highlight a similar spot as the previous two easter eggs.
* Another way to access the easter eggs is by their title and chapter selections. The first one mentioned is Title 12 Chapter 1. The Second is Title 11 Chapter 1. And the third is Title 4 Chapter 1.

Perfect Blue
* DVD-ROM only: Its a little piece of software called the Virtual radio program. Its Japanese interactive QuickTime program. That I guess Manga Entertainment thought would be fun to put on the disc for people with DVD-ROMs. You find it by putting your Perfect Blue disc in you DVD-Rom. Then accessing it thought the explorer menu system. Double click on the folder called Perfectb. Then double click on Perfectb.exe this will install the program. It is pretty straight forward, except it will only work with the version of QuickTime that it comes with. Which is version 2.1.2. This will only be a problem if you have newer version on you computer witch might cause conflict. It will give you the option to get rid of any other versions of QuickTime on your computer. I just installed it alongside my other version of QuickTime which is 4.0 and it did not have any problems, but be careful it might not work the same on all computers. The program itself is mostly in Japanese. It dose have some English words, and is not that hard to navigate. It is designed like a radio. It has movie clips information on the girls in CHAM and some samples of Perfect Blue merchandise. It also has interviews and a lot of assorted video clips. Submitted by Matt Settle
* If you continue to explore the disc in a DVD-ROM drive, you can find 6 screensavers, a bunch of .bmp's to use as wallpaper, and some audio clips.
* To find the Manga 2000 trailer, along with the English theatrical trailer of "Perfect Blue", go into "Mima's Room", then click on "Links". You'll see three websites listed. I don't know if they actually link to the sites if you have a DVD-ROM, but just by clicking on them in a standard DVD player (I have a Panasonic A120), you'll find the trailers. The link to Manga.com will show you the Manga 2000 trailer, and the PerfectBlue.com link will show you the Perfect Blue trailer. The last link is for the Sputnik anime webcast site, which has a short teaser of what the site is about.
Phantom Quest Corp.
* Stop the disc entirely, outside of all menus. Select title and then title 3 (sometimes title 3 chapter 1 may be necessary (3-1)). Another method is in the Extra Stuff section hit 73 and enter on the remote. This may not work on all players. The omake is a 22 minute video piece of animation and live action recording session as well as a creditless opening.
* To get to the omake (Episode 00) if your Title button doesn't work, go to Extra Stuff and select the Non-credit Op/Ed (Title 4, Chap. 1). While this plays, hit the Previous button. It will skip back to Title 3, Chap. 1.
